Here is a mini-guide:
download, install and run Free YouTube Uploader
open an input file
click the Trim video... button
select a partition of the movie you want to upload to YouTube
click Next to upload the movie
To make more accurate selection hold Shift on the keyboard and click Right Arrow Key to increase the selection or Left Arrow to decrease it (the same way as you select text in a word processor)
