Currently Videozilla only support input from video formats; QT, MOV, MPEG, AVI, WMV, ASF, MP4, 3GP, M4V, 3G2. If Videozilla prompt message "File format not supported", please make sure:
- Latest version of Quicktime Player has installed on your pc
- The required video and audio codecs has installed on your pc.
- The video file is not corrupted
- The video file is not in protected mode
- There is not other software currently playing / using the video file
- The Real Player has been installed on your pc
Please note that some video files will need to have proper video/audio codec installed before it can be played or converted. To make sure that you have installed the required video files, you can:
- Check with the video source vendor
- Install a video inspector software to check which codecs is missing
